All About The FLOW STATE

In positive psychology, FLOW, also known as the zone, is the mental state of operation in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.

The Flow State can be experienced as being “in the zone” or losing track of time and space while performing an activity, by which you feel uplifted during and after completing.  Athletes, artists, musicians, gamers, writers, and many others experience this state while in their craft.  But, it’s not limited to just these people.  The Flow State is available to each and every one of us, and it is the goal to find it as a way of empowerment in our own lives to be our best self.
